Deposits,
Cancellations & Refunds |
|
Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in, you will receive a refund, less a $20.00 fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to scheduled check-in, you will not receive any refund.
Shortening Your Stay:
If you shorten your stay more than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in, you will receive a refund for the difference. If you shorten your stay 30 days or less prior to scheduled check-in, we will refund 50% of the cost of each night you cancel.
Campsites:
Four or more night reservations require a 50% deposit; three or fewer night reservations require a 100% deposit. Deposits are due at the time of booking.
Cabins:
A 100% deposit is required for all cabin reservations. A $150.00 security deposit should be made separately upon check-in.

There is a $10.00 fee for each site change or date

Minimum Stay Requirements |
|
From early May to late October, you can stay as many or as few nights as you like in the following classes: Poolside, Eastern Slope Forest Deluxe, Eastern Slope Forest Premium, Eastern Slope Forest Standard, and Classic Campsite.
From June 15th to Labor Day, a full week Saturday-Saturday reservation is required on Premium River, Ballfield, and 80' Pull-Thru sites.
On the campsites, if you are booking within 30 days of your check-in, there is no minimum stay requirement, except on Holiday weekends.
No minimum stay requirement prior to June 14th or after Labor day, except for Holiday weekends.
All sites and cabins have a 3-night minimum on Holiday weekends.
Cabins have a minimum stay of 2 days all season long.

We don’t charge extra for sunshine,
and we don’t refund for rain or inclement weather.
No refund for early departures and no
shows.
Eastern Slope Camping Area reserves the right to evict
camper(s) should management deem that
said camper(s) are
not abiding by rules and policies set forth, without refund
or retribution. |

Campsite Check-In Time
is 1:00PM. Cozy Cabin Check-In Time is 3:00PM.
No arrival, set up, or check-in is permitted after 9:45PM.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00AM
